Tony T. Warnock,

an American mathematician and Research Fellow at the Information Sciences Group CCS-3 at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Along with Burton Wendroff, Tony Warnock is co-author of the Chess program Lachex, which competed at various ACM Tournaments and World Computer Chess Championships [1] in the 80s and early 90s.
