Dmitry Badziahin [1] Dmitry (Dzmitry) A. Badziahin,

a Belarusian mathematician currently affiliated with the University of Sydney, and previously the Durham University. He holds a Ph.D. in 2007 from University of York under advisor Sanju Velani [2]. His research interests lies mostly in analytic number theory, in particular Diophantine approximation, with combinatorics of words, generalized Cantor sets and the Littlewood conjecture and its analogues. His hobbies include chess and programming - he is author of the chess utility Kvetka.
