Chute
Chute (CHUTE - CHess, University of Toronto, Engineering),
the chess program from the University of Toronto by Michael Valenti and Zvonko Vranesic. Chute was subject of Valenti’s Masters Thesis supervised by Vranesic [1], later also published in many parts in the Personal Computing magazine. Chute participated at four consecutive ACM North American Computer Chess Championships, ACM 1974, ACM 1975, ACM 1976 and ACM 1977 and the WCCC 1977 in Toronto.
