Bruno Bouzy [1] Bruno Bouzy,

a French mathematician, computer scientist and game researcher at Paris Descartes University, and along with Bernard Helmstetter and Tristan Cazenave one of the pioneers in Monte-Carlo Tree Search [2] and its application in Computer Go. Bruno Bouzy is author of the Go playing program Indigo [3][4], which was already subject on his 1995 Ph.D. thesis at Paris 6 University under advisor Jacques Pitrat [5].
